I hold a Master’s degree in French literature (Uvic, Victoria, B.C.) and a B.A. in French language (Concordia, Montreal). I have taught adult learners from diverse backgrounds since 1991. I taught French in Montreal, Japan, British Columbia, Seattle, Costa Rica and Morocco. As a professional writer, I have authored a novel designed for non-francophone readers and collaborated on its accompanying educational material (Une affaire de vie ou de mort, Hurtubise HMH, Collection Plus).

I live in the Capital Region of Canada, where I work as a French teacher to adults.
